Ancey<\/a> dirige le Laboratoire d\u2019Hydraulique Environnementale (LHE) depuis 2004. Il s\u2019int\u00e9resse \u00e0 la dynamique des fluides g\u00e9ophysiques afin de mieux comprendre et pr\u00e9dire des ph\u00e9nom\u00e8nes aussi vari\u00e9s que le transport de s\u00e9diment, les avalanches, et les laves torrentielles.
